The Royal Palm Residence is a 2 Story Residence with 1,000 sf of living space for your family. The upstairs includes a Master Bedroom with King Bed and Dressers for the parents. In addition there is a spacious Living Room with couch, loveseat and lounge chairs along with a large flat screen tv with YouTube and Netflix loaded. Downstairs is the Bathroom, Galley Kitchen and Second Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and Closets. Ideally suited for a family of 4 or for a Group of 2 that want additional space and amenities. Newly installed mini split AC for both upstairs and downstairs for anyone not wanting to enjoy the amazing island breeze. The Residence sleeps 4 and is near the BBQ Grill Area and Plunge Pool.
